Could NOT agree more.
seriously what happened? i wish i lived in the olden days when wearing layers on top of layers & boys still calling girls beautiful, these days you practically have to dress naked to get boys attention and if they call you beautiful they only want something from you.
THIS NEEDS TO BE ON MY BLOG AGAIN.
I don’t know how many times I’ve reblogged this.

Wish I was on here more lately, but we bought a house, and every single second of my life has been going toward sanding, pounding, hammering, refinishing hardwood floors, fixing broken stuff, painting, etc.
I’m turning into Tim Allen!
Yesterday morning, I did the most awesome thing. I went to the library to pick up a few books I had on reserve, nebbed around a little bit, decided to leave. But the Andrew Carnegie Free Library in Carnegie, PA, is a very old, very beautiful building. When you walk into the main doors of the library, you’re greeted by two beautiful (and steep) staircases on either side, curving up to the upper floors. I looked up at them, thought, wow, those are steep, I might break my neck, then I decided, meh, what a better place to die in than a library?
So I walked upstairs, and looked around. There were three rooms, two of which looked kind of empty - desks, tables, and the like. Then I poked my head through a door and had the daylights scared out of me. There was a man there! ha. Turns out, I had poked my head into the Civil War Room, and he was the volunteer coordinator that was giving tours that day. So I ended up having an unofficial 25-minute tour of the Civil War Room! It was really cool.
It’s actually the original meeting place of the Captain Thomas Espy Post No. 152, Grand Army of the Republic (GAR). These soldiers furnished the place with their own possessions, including journals, hand written registers, weapons, uniforms, and yes, even two chamber pots. It was a really awesome experience to see so much history packed into one little room. And the best part?
My tour guide was a descendent of Espy himself.

So, after a really scary episode trying Cymbalta this week to try to treat fibromyalgia pain, we’re moving on to the generic of Lyrica, Neurontin. Let’s hope that this doesn’t come with hallucinations, insomnia, bug-eyed syndrome, shaking muscles, itchy skin, tingly skin, nausea, a headache that lasts two days afterwards, and my personal favorite, random, completely excessive, yawning.
*cheers to people who have good health, I kind of hate you a little bit*
I could fall into that field and happily never return to life.
This is the mantra of my entire life.
See people, boots under a wedding dress is pretty much perfect. Couldn’t hop up there in stilettos, now could ya?

Ouch.
I just gave myself a B12 injection, and I’m a little bit out of practice. I almost passed out while doing it because I could literally see the serum bubbling up under my skin. Now I’ve got a horrible hard lump on my thigh and it hurts. I think I just almost killed myself. Ahhhhhhhhh.
